Does anyone know how League's LP system determines how much LP you get per win or loss?

So if you win a match if gives you 15-19 LP, If you lose a match you lose 18-21 LP

If you have won 2+ games in a row you will be matched with team mates that have <10% win rate and are stoned all the time and will lose 22 LP.

This will happen until you have lost all the LP you gained and maybe more from the two wins.

If your MMR is off from your current rank then it will adjust the amounts until your fit your MMR to your rank, Say your rank is lower than what riot thinks your MMR would be then you could win 20 LP but if your rank is higher than what riot thinks your MMR is then you could win 18-19 LP.
