Runic Armor + Malphite

Good luck on getting a response. Many of us have been trying to get clarification for other situations and champs where this seems not existent aka Mordekaiser who has a similar type of passive. Keep posting them they will have to respond to one of us.

Given the amount of reports I am hoping it's a bug.

I just tested it with and without runic armor, no change in the shield amount. :/

Yup.... they f*d malphite mains with this one. Best possible mastery perc for the champion and it does nothing. Veteran scars it is....
