Just wrote my first MobaFire guide on my main for the past three seasons, Vlad. With the rework I've tried a lot of new builds and settled on the one that worked best. Would love some feedback to improve it and get better for future guides! Thanks!

Nope. Bad guide. Vlad is all about CDR. He has been since before the rework.
Also, you have Liandry's/protobelt up there but not Abyssal/Zhonya's? What.
You should take W level 2 in the majority of cases unless you're getting hard pushed to tower.
Stormraiders or SotA. Pretty much no other keystones.
Riven, Teemo (maybe not so much post-rework. haven't faced, but I have to imagine its a lot better still), Tryn, Shen, and Yasuo are all harder match-ups than Naut. Panth and Singed are some of his easiest match-ups.
