BE system fix idea

They should give us like 150- 350 BE for 'keeping it sportsmanlike' and maybe give us key shards less. Or will that spoil riots plan of starving us of BE and making us buy RP for champs? Because I'm not buying RP until this disgusting BE system is overhauled and fixed. [vlad-salute]
