Game breaking infuriating bug.

Bug that fluffs your HUD up and makes minion HP bards 10x harder to see. Its been in the game since I remember, finally had enough.

Is there still no solution? try resetting the video ingame. Normally does the trick for me. Sometimes doesn't work though.
