A question about Typhoon Claws (Black Market Brawlers)

UNIQUE – PHANTOM HIT: You generate a stack of Malice for 3 seconds each time you attack. At 3 stacks, your next 3 attacks occur in the span of one attack at maximum attack speed (for an effective attack speed of 7.5). The flurried attacks are modified to deal only 50% damage, but otherwise behave like standard attacks.

If you've got on hit effects, like Kayle, or use BotRK, does that cut those effects in half as well, or are they still full damage? Cause... haha. Oh Rito, yu guise

Also, how does this item interact with Azir? Would you be able to target someone with Azir's auto attacks, then soldier up for some massive super speed damage?
