Remove mana or make it impactful again

just get rid of the blue bar. It literally doesn't matter on 90% of champions, everyone can just spam their abilities on cooldown, and if they do run out of mana, they have already probably overstayed and are sitting on a lot of gold and need to recall anyway. Make every champion like riven. Everytime I try to fight someone because they have no mana, I end up eating a full rotation of abilities.

not really, among the champs i play, a full rotation with ult is about 50% mana that's quite a difference from no mana. also if you literally spam all your skills as soon as they come up, you'll be backing every 3, 4 waves.
