Will Dragonblade Riven ever return to shop?

As the title says, I am wondering if Dragonblade Riven will ever come back to shop. I have been playing riven for quite a bit (100k Mastery Points) but didn't play when it was in shop, i have seen it in videos and such but i cant buy it so im curious, will it come back to shop?

I was under the assumption that it returned to the shop each year during the Lunar Revel event. I could be wrong though because I haven't purchased too many Lunar Revel skins over the years.

so its lunar revel season and it aint on PBE :I
