Wont Let Me Join Games?

whenever i try to get into a game (even practice tool) it just asks me to make a memory dump file and i click yes and it just brings me back to 'Reconnect' then i cant reconnect and it does the same process over again i dont know why it does i literally played a game less than 5 minutes beforehand and now its being dumb
