Twitch E

Recently I've become a twitch jungle main and the problem I see lies in his E. The problem with the ability is that it stops his walking and is a really long animation when you could be autoing. I thought I had would be making the E extract the venom on the next basic attack. An empowered auto attack if you will. This or allow twitch to move while pressing E.
