Bring back Old Aatraox

Hi, I'm some player who use to play the old Aatrox before his rework hit the live servers. I played him even before his mini rework in season 7. It's been over a year now since his "rework" as it's apparently called and well...I don't like it. Don't get me wrong, I do like the champion as a whole, but to be called a rework just isn't right. Nothing about the old Aatrox was preserved into his current state. The only thing that was kept gameplay wise was his revive but even that is gone now. Even if you have to make it an entirely new champion, I would not mind at all. I just bothers me that after his mini rework in season 7, he finally became the champion you wanted him to be back in season 3. A month later after the mini rework you announced the champion road map that he was going to get a full VGU but nothing mentioned of preserving his old kit. Yet when I look at ALL the reworks that have been done in the passed, all the reworks preserved abilities/gameplay the old versions had. With Gankplank, he kept his parlay which is now his Q just more balanced instead of it being a nuke that it used be along with keeping his ult the same just taking away the rng factor that it had. Sion kept his whole idea as a whole as an unstoppable force as well as kept his old W passive and even has the option to go full ad or full ap or tank to still feel as the champion he once was. With urgot, he's still relatively the same the champion, but fixed up to be a force to be reckoned with instead of a walking meme. Evelynn went from just spamming Q out of stealth to set up a oneshot out of stealth while also keeping the same Q and same play style. With the Assassin rework, leblanc had her abilities reverted, rengar had his Q reverted. Even for the tank reworks, Zac had his ultimate reverted. For Irelia, she practically has the same exact kit minus of course her W which now is a damage reduction/ranged damage tool instead of it being life on hit and true damage active on stunned enemies and her E is still a stun. Akali is...ok she did become a mess, but still plays quite the same like the old kit she had. Warwick which I would still is single highhandedly thee best rework done in the game and kept his play style the exact same and just given a few little things to make help him gameplay wise. Each one of these champions all had a time when they considered meta or strong before reaching a state where they needed a full VGU. Yet for Aatrox, he wasn't. He really wasn't given any opportunities or any kind of treatment that other champions were given to become something that he was supposed to be until his rework was announced to be in the works. When the time came for Aatrox to be one of the top champions in solo queue and even in competitive play, his rework was already in the PBE and practically ready to be released. It was already too late, by the time the champion had gained his popularity last year it was no longer really needed the rework. Yet it still happened anyway. I know I sound a little emotional in this and I know I sound like a big baby and ridiculous. I know. I just want the champion I loved back in the game. No other champion in the game captures the same gameplay that Old Aatrox had. I just want to play him again, even if it is just for one game. I want him back like many other players do and all the other players who wanted old kits and abilities back for some of the champions I listed and they did. Even if he's renamed something else, I really do want him back. Thank you for reading if you decided to, I don't really expect much from this other than my post being drowned like many other posts. As well as probably back lash and who knows what. Like I said, I'm just some player who used to play the old Aatrox that doesn't like the rework; likes the champion design, but not as a rework.
