I been having trouble with this myself. Is he better as a tanky Supp, a AP poke kind of Supp. Do I stay behind and use my shrines and play safe if there is an all in or a gank? I had 3 masteries just for this champ, and as far as I know building him tanky or AP both feel really rewarding.
Unlike a lot of champs I play, bard doesn't feel like he is doing too drastically in one direction or the other in what he really likes on his kit. What are your experiences?

iluvalar1 votesNone of those. Bard is that support with an awesome kit who is just under the line of being really viable. He's at 46% win rate since the first patches near his launch. He's kind of snowbally, so when you have a good game with him he really shine and leave people to think that he's slightly stronger then he his actualy.
My take on it would be to increase his shrine count to 4-5, slow their heat up speed but at the same time increase by 2-3x the maximum heal. He saw the light in lcs, he might be decent in some teamcomp but really he's UP as it is now.
