Lp gains/loses
I'm only getting 13 LP for a win and 21 for a loss. Why is this?

The actual amount of lp gained and lost is reflected by the difference in your mmr and the expected mmr for the league you're currently in.
In this case the ranked system believes your mmr is higher than it should be. So until it catches up you will get drastically less lp per win and drastically more lp lost per loss.
It works in the opposite manner too if the system believes your mmr is much higher than the bracket your playing at it will give 30 lp per win and like 10 or so per loss.
The best way to start leveling this out is literally hope you get into matches against players on obscene win streaks. They will generally have higher mmr and you will gain more by upsetting their streak.

The lower your chance of winning the more rating you gain and the more rating the opponent loses.
