Riot Games stop putting me with same noobs and trolls from my last game to my next one

This legit happened to me 3 times today in ranked I met troll and feeder in each of these 3 games, and what's worse after my defeat because of these trolls, when I go back to client and click search for a game to join a new match I find them in my next game and in my team too not even against me BUT IN MY TEAM "AGAIN" wtf not once not twice but three times. What is happening did the game run out of players or Is't dying someone tell me, did the player base drop that now you keep matching with the same player from your instant last game ?!!!

This needs to stop seriously I'd rather wait 10 min and not wait 1 min so after it I get matched with the same troll.

I don't get this people they jump in ranked the most serious mode and they start roaming around doing nothing useful but feeding enemy team or just simply afk one lane loses and feed every seconds and the whole team loses.
