Afk / rage-quitters in ranked

Most players, if not every player in LoL, have experienced some afk-er / rage-quitter during their ranked games. Granted, they do get punished via the leaver buster system, but for me that doesn't seem enough.

I have a suggestion on what should happen for if there is a player afk in a ranked game:

• Reduced lp loss for team with afk (the afk should lose full amount)
• Reduced lp gain for team without afk
• Increased lp gain for team with afk if they win (afk loses lp always)
• Increased lp loss for team without afk

This probably won't change anything seeing as how afks dont happen frequently. But it's something to think about :)
