Dynamic Queue & Surrender in ranked

I really like dynamic queue as it allows the user to choose their role, however I hate it because when your queuing up on your own and your put with a 4 man premade. I think riot should make it so it can still be a chooose-your-role thing but only for solo/duo queue that way it's more about skill and not who has the better premade. Also, who thinks riot should remove surrender in ranked?
