should i switch top lane?
well adc isn't working out to well and my jungle skills not the greatest... so my question here is what champs should i learn top lane, not really sure whats meta up top or if i should switch roles at all?

Experiment and see if you like it.
Top lane can get pretty dull with champs like nasus and illoai being so popular as they basically force you into bitch mode weather you want to or not
I've been using flex queue to rank as a top laner instead of adc. I'm enjoying it except for the camp i sometimes get from jg
If you have any interest in mages, all of the kiting skills you learned as an ADC will probably be pretty good in mid.
I basically had the same experience in reverse, mained mid, got an ADC in ARAM, did well, and then all of my friends wanted me to ADC more.

( Ken is practially an ADC too) and (Debate-ably)
