IN-LOBBY RUNE PAGE MAKING!!!

Hello All! I have always been wondering, why are we allow to choose our mysteries in the lobby, like while in draft, and not our runes. I dont mean like the page but rather the whole set up. Like for masteries if you have a TLD page with the 45 cdr cap you can go in and switch it for the pen. I know we get 20 pages of runes to preset before game lobby, but what if this game you wanna try something cheesey like 30 % cdr in runes or a Life Steal page. Those are not serious enough to have a full page for as you most likely wont be using them in ranked.

     So Riot is see this post, will it be possible perhaps in you new client to add this feature, it would definitely add more flexibility to the game. allowing for some unexpected build and so fourth. Let me know what you guys think please :)
