Twitch buff idea

W, have it increase the slow based on passive stacks, so maybe like 8/9/10/11/12% slow per passive. E: have it reset passive tick damage, making the damage more notable. R: when autoing someone with 6 stacks, automatically aims for the next target in range, and continues if they also have 6 until out of range

I think all of these buffs would be overkill, but he does need something in terms of buffs
