Remake only working if someone does not connect to game at the start

I was recently playing a ranked and a teemo DC but then came back for literally 20 seconds left and the remake system was no longer available, surely it should be if anyone dc's before 20 mins the remake feature should be available and the dc should be punished.

Am i the only one who thinks this?

The problem with this is then you would have people remaking games much more than they already do, and it is annoying enough as is.

Good point, but there is still a vote and isn't it better than having to play with afks
