Stopping the bad ranked players.

I understand the want to play champions you find appealing or entertaining even if you're not that good with them , but just DO NOT do it in ranked, as common sence as that sounds, it's the reason so so many unfair games. Either it be the Ahri that plays her because she saw someone play her in the LCS and then feed early, to the Lee Sin that saw a youtube compilation and doesn't know what to do late game. These players almost never int, but sometimes i'd rather they just int than give the false hope of a victory. Play champions you think look cool in normals, people say "but theres no point in playing normals if you dont gain anything", but losing LP for others is never on their minds. I propose that riot sets up a system that makes it so people can only select champions that they are at least lv 4 mastery with, which isn't that hard to get to but its better than the first time Threshes. Other games have done this with great success and it's time to stop losing easy games just because a teammate wanted to go top Urgot.
