Dont get me wrong its REALLY fucking annoying but most of the time it has to do with the connections to the server and what not

and not justifying the Q because it didnt hit you but shit ive seen would make you lose your mind XD

Her Q has a weird interaction after the rework. It sometimes passes through champions too. I think it is something about target's hitbox or a bug between them.

It didn't go through the minion. The point of the projectile that would have struck the minion cleared it before the minion moved into the tail of her missile.
