The grading system takes you performance based on KDA AND other things like total gold by the time the game ended, CSing, and wards placed and cleared, objectives taken, and so on, and compares it to other people's performance on the same champion in the same position, implied to be more or less around the same MMR as you.
It just means that there are still people out there that do better than you.
Gradng system is based on how other people do. Shyvana is unbalanced, so 11/0 isn't an S. AND DON'T DENY IT. She's far too tanky, and that W, and her Q damage...
