[GAMEPLAY] Graves' Smokescreen

I was playing in a ranked game vs a Graves. Whenever he casted smokescreen near me, my character would stop doing anything. I also was not blinded but the smokescreen either. My champion just stopped, it happened multiple times in that one game, and there's been previous instances of this happening to fellow summoners as well in my games. I thought this might be a bug since I'd understand that any commands would be stopped if I was under the full smokescreen effect. But in each one I wasn't even in the smokescreens area to have that loss of vision effect on me. I'm not sure if this is intended as gameplay, as this has not happened before when I used to play Graves, so I myself believe this to be a bug. Thank you very much.
