isn't strong enough in League rn and is Legit USELESS in most games because of the atrocious state of fighters and melee in general. MEANWHILE ranged ADC's and MAGES like ZOE are able to run around in circles doing whatever and somehow winning because CertainlyT and GhostCrawler are awful at their jobs and need to be removed from Earth. As a Buff I suggest we make Kled's shotgun his auto attack, give him invulnerabilty when he remounts, and his W has no cd when dismounted. These changes will finally bring the Noxian yordle to the spotlight and allow him to succeed in these dark times
