Will the reworked champions keep their AP builds??

I love playing AP Sejuani, she is just a monster if played well, so I am pretty scared that her update will leave the AP build unviable or even impossible. The other champs also have AP builds that i've seen played, will that be kept or are the ratios compromised for the reworks??
