Vladimir rework rough idea

As of right now, he has a health pool and a flat regen rate, just like everyone else.

How about giving him no HP regen, but instead giving him a blood resource that builds up from either the HP regen stat, or from abilities, or both.

After this I would go and make his q ALSO self castable for some amount of heal. If used on minions it would add some blood resource, and if cast on champions it could do extra damage by using some or all of the blood.

His other abilities could still cost HP and be similar in functionality.

I dont know how much decision making this would add to him, but its different than just ''q is up im gonna use it''.

Bear in mind this is just something off the top of my head after seeing a random vlad thread.

Soo, opinions? Good idea? Bad idea? Potential for more interaction or shallow complexity?
