Give Talon a cripple

TLDR is in the title. I saw recently someone mentioned introducing cripples in the game, don`t remember who tho.

Why not give talon a cripple on his E? It would be a good middle ground in between the silence from before and the slow from now. I see him a good canditate to at least try out the mechanic in game.

Talon does not need buffs.

He doesn't really need it since he has a gapcloser.

He has a gap closer, slow and instant AOE burst. I'd like to have my slim chances of getting away at the very least.

Might as well return the silence. Most of the brought in counterplay the removal of the silence was the ability to escape, when talon is bursting you for all your HPs, you normally don't fight it, you try to get out alive. Now there are a few times where they can, do, and live via fighting back, but that's few and far between. In that sense, it's not needed, and would only break Talon again. Maybe if his damage had been hit I could agree but in actual fact he potentially deals MORE with the E slow now proccing his passive.

what is a cripple?

I'd really like this. I played talon a lot in s3 and s4, and the removal of silence really killed my (toxic) playstyle. A cripple would be perfect - gives him the tool he needs to deal with bullshit mobility (I'm looking at you, Ahri) while still allowing retaliation and zhonya's.

He doesn't really need it with because of cutthroat being an instant gapcloser

I support this but maybe not on an instant cast single targeted ability with a huge range on it like Talon's E...it would make a lot more sense if it was on his Q for example imagine this he uses E and then Q for the crippling poison effect instead of bleed effect while that would give the short time window for the champion to react before getting crippled while Q animation is being cast it would respect both counterplay and a nice buff to talon's kit.If it could still prove to be too strong against some champions tho (Riven etc.) if so it could also work in tandem with his ult for example** talon's E applying a debuff which requires him to use his R ultimate in order to apply the cripple poison effect to the debuffed target**.
