Riot Nerfs and Buffs wayyyyy too hard

How come every time riot decides to change something, they either nerf it into the ground completely unnecessary instead of nerfing it in increments until its good or gives it a giant buff so we have things like 10 thunderlords in one game?

Except for Lee Sin and Yasuo.

The "nerfs" they have received are so small they are almost buffs.

Because it's pre-season. Most of the year they're forced to make small, incremental changes. The past month has been their opportunity to make big ones.

Riot thinks people don't notice "small" changes.

Thunderlord's becoming powerful is not an example of Riot buffing too hard. It's a very extreme example of Riot's circle of nerfs. It got good because everything else got gutted.
