vayne iz a liddle bit op...just imo
her true dmg combined with stealth, she can melt tanks no adc should be allowed to do that + she also has cc
so why for instance would you pick graves when vayne is just bedder

LOL vayne has terrible laning phase one of the worst imo, she cant wave clear for her life and shes only good in mid to late late game so its all about shutting her down early game thats all....
First: ADCs are supposed to kill tanks. That's literally their job.
Second: melting tanks is specifically Vayne's specialty. However to do so, she has short range, no greater effective range than her AA, and a horrible laning phase.
she can also kill assassins in 1v1 and burst them before they manage to burst her
because adcs usualy do burst dmg u know
you should be glad that vayne changes didnt make through pbe to the live servers they gave her W 2% more true damage and to be healed for 20% of enemies killed max hp .
She is very op not just a little but her terrible early game balance s it out kind of so if your team annihilates her early she is pretty much useless until the very late game
