@Riot Should Wukong get a new passive?

I am a bronzey so take this with a large grain of salt.

Fiddlestick's rework is a good example of how to change a simile passive and make it more expressive without making it overly complicated. This new passive is better because it adds depth to his kit without making it too powerful, but unique.

Wukong's passive hardly seems effective and unoticeable because he can buy a Deadman's Plate or Hexdrinker/Mal of Malmortius which makes his passive feel like nothing. As far as I know Riot hates to have hidden power in the game and has been working to remove it from the game.

To Riot's credit, Wukong's passive doesn't feel like a overpowered hidden power, but it feels lacking and definitely shows its age. It also make since in Wukong's case because he supposed to disrupt a team fight and cause as much damage as possible. I also feel his passive is similar to Irelia's because they both allow them to go into the back lines and cause damage without having them getting focused down and killed.

Though I'm not sure what Riot could do for the monkey king, I'm sure it would work out well just like Zilean's new passive, they changed his passive without making it too powerful but keeping it the same thematically and made it look powerful too.
