Because Lux poke people, because Twitch is a teamfighter and only deal "instant burst damage"

You can't take a single one game where a lux did the most damage and argue that lux needs a nerf. That's not how balancing works.

If you want i can show you a lot of games where a yasuo on my team did least damage and argue that yauso needs a buff, although he definetly doesn't need a buff right now.
