I don't get W before level 13 now. It's fucking useless. Legit, fucking, useless. No interaction at all, it's just a gutted version of my Q.

How about make W mark champions, and then have E prioritize marked champions over minions. How bloody hard is that, mate?

Riot isn't buffing ADCs because there's an incoming update for them.

Not gonna lie, yeah it is pretty poop... IT doesnt do anything other than promote that God aweful AP ezreal.

stack tears and AS for towers which is an ADC job. 1 point at level 7 i believe.
