Add a 1 minute pause vote for ranked games?

So long story short, I was in a ranked game and all of a sudden had to pee really bad (damn tea), so I thought I'd just use the bathroom quickly when I die or something. My sis sneaks behind me during the game to scare me (its dark and 2am), causing me to pee myself [sg-janna] and so I had to finish the ranked soaked in pee ._.

Could add like a timeout limit for each team?
