When? At lvl 6 when he has his "power spike" I still get shit on by other champs. When I get TF I still feel like the damage is meh.

Eh, triforce is a good spike for jax b/c of the CDR and sheen, helps him a ton w/ the 1v1 (you still have to outplay tho w/ counterstrike and well timed leaps), but he really gets burst @ item 3078 item 3053 item 3748

Build HP first, item 3078 can be third item, not first. Even build some purely tanky items item 3022 item 3143 , then TF.
