It seems to me that if Kled has lost health and thus been forced to dismount, he shouldn't be rewarded for it. Let me explain. If you stun Kled, and in doing so apply enough damage to dismount him from Skarrl, it negates the stun. I've seen it happen with a Jax E and a Cass ult. Instead of being stunned for 2s (Cass ult) he just does his dismount and run animation. This cancels the cc and can let him run to safety. Has anyone else noticed this? Thoughts?

That brief moment of invulnerability (like an automatic qss) when Kled dismounts is a part of his passive that Riot might have put there because they think Kled needs that extra power, or because it's just necessary to make the script/mechanics or whatever work out.
Whether it's a good idea is quite subjective, but given how weak dismounted Kled is (e.g. he is pretty slow when running away), I think that it's good to have a bit of escape potential.
Lore-wise, I'm pretty sure the only way to explain this is that Skaarl is tanking the CC for Kled, and when Skaarl runs off, Kled has his own set of feet.
Then learn to time it around it?
