What if every champion's ult has an indicator much like Ekko's ult?

I love being able to counterplay against Ekko because of his ult ghost following him around. You always know when it's up. I'm not saying EVERY CHAMP should have something on the level of Ekko's ult ghost, but having some sort of indicator to show you when a champion ult is up will allow for more calculated risk plays instead of going in on blind faith.

If we can't have the ability inherently indicated like Ekko's, maybe let us ping ult timers like we do with summoner spells and everything else in the game.

Not completely related to this, what do you think of giving Poppy an indicator for when her dash would hit her stun? No more dashing in expecting a stun and only to realize you missed the wall by a couple units. This indicator could/should be shown to both the Poppy and her target; allowing both an opportunity to counterplay. Posted this on /r/PoppyMains, but they disagreed stating that would lower her skill floor making it easier to land the stuns. I personally disagree. A lot of her kit is based on positioning, not guessing if her dash would stun a target. But I can see the counterpoint of allowing more new poppy players to easily land those stuns. But experienced poppy mains won't just blindly go in just because an indicator says it'll stun.

TL;DR

Riot, please let me ping enemy ult timers. And give Poppy's E more clarity if it'll stun or not.

im not against making good visual ques, i think its a great idea, but honestly i think the amount of work it would take can be better spent elsewhere. like if we are going to spend the time to changes visuals, id much rather update some of the old legacy skins with some new colored particle effects.

i mean i genuinely like the idea, but there are much more important things that still need to be done that would also be done by the visual effects team.
