Elementalist Lux did not change to 2nd Tier form [7.12]

Noticed this while watching a replay. Didn't realize Lux was Fire Lux half the game. I thought she was Nature Lux the entire time. Notice this weird form change during a teamfight while watching the replay, pretty sure she was trying to be Infernal Lux. Not sure how to recreate it.
