@Riot Rage Blade Discussion

Sorry but making the item cost 300 more gold isn't gonna stop those who synergize too well with the item. Can we please nerf rage blade by making the passive a dueling passive only? Making it so it only starts stacking from attacking champs only and not minions. It will still be strong, but currently split pushers like Jax, Irelia, etc. get their dueling power as they are splitting which in my opinion should not be the case. That or reduce the timer in which the stacks stop. Also, why does a dueling item need wave clear and spit pushing aoe in the first place? I would understand have aoe for a huge clustered team fight while you are dueling but right now the item is just too much. What do you guys think? Discuss.
