If Riot were to disable the top 25% most popular champions played in ranked, would people start complaining about other champions being OP? Or do you think the game would become balanced because the most OP champions would be eliminated.

It would send the game back to the stone ages (2009) and it would take riot a long ass time to fix it. Literal armageddon would be happening in summoners rift. Those top 25 champions are very important to the games balance and I should not even have to explain why lol
