Ranked Changes

simple list of ranked changes that i think should happen.

• bar 450 champs from ranked. these were meant to be starter champs to learn the game with. not freelo champs to faceroll into gold+.

• base LP off of in game performance and not on win/lose. this will settle the problem with being put with trolls in games. if a person goes 20/5 or something like that and loses a game because some trolls decides to feed or afk i dont think that person should be punished for what some childish prick decides to do.

• ranked team builder (this is already coming i think if i heard correctly)

• 1 refund for every 10 ranked matches won (or something like that)

• fix the MMR system. its broken as fuck.

not going to be arguing with anyone. there are no opinions with this. u r either right or u r wrong and if u disagree with these then u r wrong. simple as that.
