DQ changes still don't feel right

I can't accept that solo queue will be offered to diamond and above tiers only. Clearly dynamic queue didn't work. Why are we leaving it to the lower division players? If people are unwilling to play ranked because they can't play with their friends then they don't belong in the competitive scene, since the inclusion of groups is ruining ranked integrity. I'm still trying to understand what the SOLID reason is for keeping dynamic queue for lower tiers. I hope a Rioter can give us an answer regarding why it's staying in the lower divisions. Honestly I don't care if the majority wants it. Racism used to be supported by the majority as well. But it's unethical and so has no place in society just as dynamic queue. I was hoping to return to playing this game after quitting for several months but it doesn't feel right when they refuse to remove dynamic queue. As of now it just seems like bronze - plat elo is their open beta for testing and improving dynamic queue. And I'd love to participate but there's nothing positive that I've seen from this system so far and it really seems to me like they're looking for an unnecessary solution in balancing dynamic queue when they can just reintroduce solo queue and team 5s ranked.
