Experience Added Back to Jungle

Ok, 8.10 took a bunch of jg exp and put it on the Scuttle, with predictable results. Now in 8.11 (in addition to nerfing Xin and Graves, which Riot should've known would be strong) they've increased respawn time for Scuttle and increased camp exp. Can some stat guy out there tell us the net result for jungle experience? What percentage of gold and exp is the crab worth now?
