Since you have removed the level cap and have put in the system that lets players level up , and rewards them with champion capsules i've been slightly frustrated. the problem, is that I already OWN ALL CHAMPIONS that you have available, including the new ones. I'm not sure how many people actually own them all, but it would be great, if your system would check to see if we own all the champions, and if we do, maybe we could get a skin, or orange essence or a summoner icon instead of another useless champion that will of course be turned into blue essence that we will only spend on getting the next champion you come out with.

I feel this is an oversight on the dev team's part, and something that should have been thought about during the design process. You are essentially rewarding players who did not buy/obtain all of the available champions while leaving those of us who did buy/obtain them all out in the cold.

Thats why the BE Shop exists my dood. Im sitting on 57K IP, or I was before I bought Kaisa think its 53K now. Plus mastery levels can make good use of those shards, which is why I have 2 Twitch, a Janna, Leona, and some other shards just sitting in my Loot waiting for those S ranks to come in.

Just enjoy accumulating BE as sort of a prestige thing. Count how many years you could quit for, come back and still buy every champ released in between. You get free skins from boxes, giving skins away just because somebody has all the champs would be bad business for Riot.
