Buffs/QoL fixes for aatrox
Hello whichever rioter might end up seeing this.
With the preseason come and go and nothing in the patch notes or pbe yet for aatrox after what was said in the ask riot about him months ago, the aatrox community (subreddit, discord, and club) is a little concerned that he is being ignored again. Especially since recently on the boards Meddler said he hoped that aatrox would be looked at by february.
We understand that his kit is slightly overloaded and if he had the numbers he deserved he would likely be much too strong, but the preseason changes to fervor have made him even weaker than he was before. Most of us do not feel that he needs a large scale rework to be brought to a healthier place, so we have come up with a list of small buffs/QoL changes that would help him feel more rewarding to play without significantly (in most cases) affecting his overall power. We would appreciate if you could give him another look for next patch to bring him up to par until you can decide what you want to do with him. (Diver update?)

**Not in order of importance, but I starred the ones I personally think are most important
General:
-*Slightly better base hp/armor (pops too easily when passive is not up) -Reduce %health costs or change to flat costs -Increase auto range to 175 but keep current ulted range -New skin please Kappa
Passive:
-Revert previous attack speed nerf -*Keep w stacks upon reviving -Refresh basic ability cooldowns upon falling into passive (probably too strong)
Q:
-*Ascension uninterruptable (but still targetable) -*Faster animation based on distance covered (almost not worth using in some 1v1s) -Wider knockup radius or slow in outer circle (it’s too unreliable for a main engage tool) -Health cost on landing (so if interrupted no health is lost) -Shorter CD
W:
-Increase base scaling on thirst so there's a purpose in maxing it situationally (maybe reduce ad scaling at the same time) -Reduce or delete health cost on price (the trade off should be heal or damage not taking damage as well) -Change price to %hp damage so that tank aatrox is viable (I prefer to build ad so not sure if I agree with this) -Make price deal magic damage so it’s harder to itemize against (this makes some items less viable though so not sure about it) -Small decaying move speed buff on pricing a champion
E:
-*Fix hitbox so people standing on top of you don’t accidentally dodge the damage sometimes -Increase ad scaling so it’s more than a mediocre slow later in the game -Or scale the slow/duration with ad to bring a little more reliable utility
R:
-*Cleanse on activation (similar to alistar's ult) -Immunity to grievous wounds for duration of ult (with nearly every mid buying morellos he gets gimped without them actually going out of their way to counter him which kinda blows) -Short (~0.5-1s) fear OR silence on activation (not sure about this) -Remove cast time
