How the logic of Leagues of Legends core elements are being wrecked by a single hero

The fact that Illaoi tentacles cannot be hit either by towers or skills shots destroys the logic behind core elements of leagues of legends that are otherwise true for every other hero.

A tower is supposed to protect heroes but they are helpless against illaoi tentacles ; how so....if you follow the logic of what towers are supposed to do ; destroy any ennemy in their radius of casting - well the tentacles destroys that logic ; a logic that is otherwise true for every other hero.

Skillshots or spells are supposed to harm ennemies ; the fact that they are helpless against illaoi's tentacle destroy that logic ; a logic otherwise true for every other living thing.

In my mind, Riot has made a huge mistake by putting illaoi with those skills. They must recognize it otherwise they will lose players.

Don't think towers shoot Teemo's shrooms, or Shaco boxes either... reveals them, but doesn't destroy them. So... they'd need to change them also. In addition to that, why aren't the minions being bro's and helping out? Clearing out enemy champ junk should be the whole team's job, right?

TL;DR Working as designed.

Or they could make the tentacles untargetable like azir's soldiers
