Language issues

Hi I live in the region of Quebec in North America and since we speak French, I request a french version of the game. I saw it already exist in France so it is normal we get our own version too. It is really important because since English isn't our first language we, sometimes, have language issues towards understanding heros or skills. Anyways, Riot will really improve their reputation by offering the french version in Quebec (North America)
