Riot should just remove both and do a sort of blending of them.
There were pros and cons to both ques.
Blending them may solve everyone's problem.

That's kinda what Riot wants to make Dynamic Queue. Playable in all sizes of groups with equal skill and chance of success, from solo to full team.
It's just gonna take a lot of time, effort, and enduring the hate in order to make it happen.
