Riot, What Are You Up To This Time?

So i previously saw that the random champions are now 490RP? they used to be 3950.. what happened here? I know im not daydreaming because i used, and bought 2 champions from the shop while that was still out. same with everything else. Riot, I dont get it, making changes like this under players noses is not right.

This is extremely unfair to new players who want a high costing champion without paying too much or grinding to get 6300. Was the value too good? maybe u should change it so the random champions go from either 3150 BE Champs - 6300 BE Champs or 1350 BE Champs - 6300 BE Champs.

Come on Riot, I know your better than this. Please change it back to costing 3950. Buying a champion with RP is a waste of money. And if they buy it for 490RP, and get a 4800 Champ, you are literally ripping them off. Fix. This.
