Leaver buster

Can I get my leaver buster taken off, because I got into a game, then my game crashed and it wouldn't let me reconnect. This problem has happened to me before, but this is the first time I've complained about getting my leaver buster taken off. I have talked about the crashing problem before. I know it probably won't get taken off because league doesn't work like that, because then everyone would try and get leaver off and make excuses up. But if you could take it off that would be nice. (I will probably have already played them off)
